After completed and understand the sketches, we proceed on generating two physical representation of the structure, a model.

First model was roughly made of balsawood, glue and needle. The purpose of this model was: 1) To explore ideas on how the final model (the 2nd) would look like from different angles 2) To help visualize design 3) As a focus of discussion.

Having completed this, we built the second model made of timber, balsawood, black tape (simulating as flashing), plaster tape (simulating a chicken wire) and soil. This model was used as a show piece for our final construction of the wall.
